1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Spares Industry website and the purchase of goods and services from SPARESINDUSTRY S.R.L. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Company Information

SPARESINDUSTRY S.R.L. is a company registered in Italy (P.IVA IT13811081002). Our registered office is located at Via Latina 214, 00034 Colleferro (RM), Italy.

3. Products and Services

We supply new, refurbished, and surplus industrial automation parts including PLCs, CNCs, robots, HMIs, industrial PCs, frequency regulators, inverters, power supplies, servo drives, DCS parts, and servo equipment. We have over 350,000 industrial electronic products in our warehouse, with around 13,000 part numbers and over 965,000 parts on shelves. Approximately 25% of our stock consists of new products in their original packaging.

Spares Industry is not an authorised distributor of the brands listed on this website. All manufacturer names, part numbers, symbols, and descriptions are used for reference purposes only. We work with over 600 manufacturers including Siemens, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Omron, Lenze, Indramat, and Control Techniques.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

Customers may request a quote for any product directly from the product page or by contacting our sales team. Custom pricing is available for bulk orders and special requirements.

5. Repair Service

Spares Industry carries out over 10,000 repairs per year on all products (including end-of-life items), with full customer satisfaction. Repair services are offered at fixed pricing — the quoted price is the final price with no hidden costs.

We carry out predictive and preventive maintenance and also provide an emergency service. We specialise in repairing end-of-life and discontinued products that are no longer supported by the original manufacturer.

All repaired and sold products are covered by a warranty of up to 24 months from the date of return to the customer. The warranty covers defects in the repair work under normal operating conditions.

6. Exchange Programme

Our exchange programme allows customers to receive a working replacement unit immediately and return the faulty unit afterwards. This service is designed to minimise production downtime.

The faulty unit must be returned within the agreed timeframe. If the faulty unit is not returned, or is found to be beyond economical repair, the customer will be invoiced for the full replacement cost. Exchange units are covered by the same warranty terms as repaired products.

7. Rental Service

Spares Industry offers a rental service for all parts in our inventory. Rental is available as a temporary solution while a customer's unit is being repaired or a replacement is being sourced.

Rental terms, duration, and pricing are agreed on a case-by-case basis. The customer is responsible for any damage to the rental unit beyond normal wear and tear. Rental units must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL with the following flat-rate pricing: Italy — €15, Europe — €40, Extra-EU — €50, Worldwide — €80.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within one working day. Delivery times vary depending on destination. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. A DHL tracking number is provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

9. Warranty

All products — both sold and repaired — are covered by a warranty of up to 24 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or operation outside the product's specified parameters. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with the original order number and a description of the fault.

10. Returns

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Goods that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer cannot be returned.

Please contact us before returning any goods to obtain a returns authorisation number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spares Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SPARESINDUSTRY S.R.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks and brand names displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
