We specialise in PLCs, CNCs, robots, HMIs, industrial PCs, frequency controllers, inverters, power supplies, and servo drives. We also handle custom electronics, naval/aeronautical systems, and telecommunications equipment.
We have over 350,000 industrial electronic products in our warehouse, with around 13,000 part numbers and over 965,000 parts on shelves. Approximately 25% of our stock consists of new products in their original packaging.
We work with all major industrial automation brands including Siemens, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Omron, Lenze, Indramat, Control Techniques, and over 600 other manufacturers.
Absolutely. Sourcing obsolete and discontinued parts is one of our core specialities — out-of-date is not a problem. We have a global network of suppliers to find what you need.
Yes, we offer a rental service for all parts in our inventory. This is a great option if you need a temporary replacement while your unit is being repaired.
Repair & Exchange
Send us your faulty unit and our expert engineers will diagnose and repair it. We carry out over 10,000 repairs per year on all products (including end-of-life items), with fixed pricing so there are no surprises.
With our exchange programme, you receive a new or reconditioned product immediately and return the repairable faulty product at a later date. The exchange has a slightly higher cost than repair but drastically reduces delivery times and downtime.
Yes, we offer urgent repair options for time-critical situations. Contact our team to discuss turnaround times and priority service availability.
Yes. We specialise in repairing end-of-life and discontinued products that are no longer supported by the original manufacturer.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL with flat-rate pricing: Italy €15, Europe €40, Extra-EU €50, and Worldwide €80.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a DHL tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Yes, you can request a quote for any product directly from the product page or by contacting our team. We're happy to provide pricing for bulk orders or special requirements.
Warranty & Support
All parts — both sold and repaired — come with up to 24 months' warranty. If anything fails within the warranty period, we'll replace or repair it.
Yes, we offer hardware and software support including assessment, diagnostics, and DCS migration assistance. Our engineering team is available for consultation.
